No — we offer direct billing for physiotherapy, so in most cases you won’t need to pay the full cost upfront. We’ll submit your claim directly to your insurance provider at the time of your appointment.

That said, if your insurance coverage doesn’t fully cover the cost of the visit — whether due to a coverage limit, deductible, or co-pay — the remaining balance will be your responsibility to pay at the time of your appointment.
