At Move Authentically, we believe that movement should feel good, be accessible, and, most importantly, be fun. That is why we are excited to launch our free Movement Club for our Physiotherapy clients. This is a welcoming community initiative designed to help you explore new ways to move your body and feel confident doing it.

We’re thrilled to invite you to be part of Move Authentically Physiotherapy’s Movement Club—a new way to explore movement and community in Kingston!

Each month, we will be visiting a different gym, fitness studio, or movement space right here in Kingston! From Pilates and yoga to strength training and hiking, we’re trying it all—and you’re invited to join us! Whether you’re returning to movement, healing from an injury, or just curious to see what’s out there, this is a safe and supportive space to explore.

We know that starting something new can feel intimidating. Whether it’s walking into an unfamiliar gym or not knowing what to expect in a class, these barriers can prevent us from discovering activities we might actually love. The Movement Club is here to change that.

By joining the club, you will:

  • Experience a variety of local movement options—without the pressure by moving alongside a familiar face from our team
  • Meet others who are also looking for fun, pressure-free ways to stay active
  • Discover what movement feels best for you
  • Have fun while expanding your comfort zone
  • Trying new activities for a nominal fee or donation (depending on the gym/studio policy)
  • Have the option to sign up for as many or as few gym visits as you want

Whether you’re getting back into movement, recovering from an injury, or just looking for a new way to stay active, this is for you.

Let’s move together, try something new, and connect with our community—one studio at a time.
