About Vaidehi

Picture of women in business attire Hello! I’m Vaidehi, a Registered Physiotherapist who is passionate about helping people move better, feel better, and live better. I’m committed to providing personalized, effective, through hands-on care. My approach to physiotherapy is collaborative — I believe the best outcomes happen when the patient and physiotherapist work together as a team.

I focus on detailed assessments to understand the root of your concern and tailor each treatment plan to your unique needs. Whether it’s recovering from injury, managing chronic pain, or improving functional movement, I strive to support you in reaching your goals. My journey began in India, where I earned my Bachelor of Physiotherapy from Gujarat, India in 2019. I gained early clinical experience at a physiotherapy clinic in Ahmedabad before moving to Canada in 2020. I completed a postgraduate diploma in Health Care Administration in 2021 and have since worked as a Physiotherapy Assistant in both long-term care and clinical settings while preparing for and achieving my Canadian physiotherapy license.Along the way, I’ve expanded my skills with training in Acupuncture and Dry Needling and have led group exercise classes for seniors, further deepening my appreciation for holistic, movement-based care.Outside the clinic, I enjoy cooking and sharing meals with loved ones, connecting with friends and family, and expressing myself through singing and dancing.

I’m excited to join the team at Move Authentically Physiotherapy, where I feel aligned with the clinic’s values of personalized, compassionate care and a movement-focused approach to healing. It’s a joy to be part of a community that truly values authentic, individualized care.
