Hi, I’m Christine Campbell, a Registered Physiotherapist in Kingston, Ontario, with a deep passion for helping people move and feel their best. I believe in working as a team with you, creating personalized treatment plans that fit your unique goals. I love piecing together the puzzle of movement and uncovering the root causes of the limitation or dysfunction—there’s something so rewarding about seeing you regain confidence in your body.
I earned my Kinesiology degree from McMaster University in 2008 and my Master’s in Physiotherapy from Queen’s University in 2011. Since then, I have pursued additional training to better serve my clients, becoming an External Pelvic Floor Physiotherapist, Bradcliff Method Breathing Practitioner, Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), and achieving my Level III Manual and Manipulative Therapy designation. I also have training in acupuncture, dry needling, therapeutic taping, and running injury prevention.
Breathing is such a key part of our health and healing, and I’m certified in the BradCliff Method® of breath retraining. This has allowed me to expand my practice to include breathing assessments and treatments for conditions like hyperventilation syndrome, asthma, long COVID, COPD, and emphysema. Whether I’m working with an athlete recovering from injury or someone managing a chronic condition, I always take a whole-person approach to care.
Outside of work, you’ll usually find me spending time with family, friends, and my lovable black lab, Tucker. I love hiking, playing soccer, travelling, boating, knitting, and just about any activity that gets me outdoors!
I am an active member of the Canadian Physiotherapy Association (CPA) and the Orthopedic Division of the CPA, and I’m registered with the College of Physiotherapists. I am also a Clinical Instructor with Queen’s University. If you’re looking for a physiotherapist who takes the time to listen, understand, and create a plan that truly fits your needs, I’d love to work with you!
