Hi, I am Savannah Moore, a Physiotherapy Resident in Kingston, committed to empowering people through movement and personalized care. In my practice, I believe in taking a personalized and collaborative approach to care. I spend one-on-one time with you to create a treatment plan that aligns with your goals, using a thorough assessment process and active-based interventions to support your rehabilitation journey. I am a kind, compassionate person who wants to help you return to the things you love!
I earned my Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from the University of New Brunswick and my Master of Science in Physical Therapy from Queen’s University in 2024. While I am a recent grad, I’ve had the opportunity to gain hands-on experience through five clinical placements, and my work at MAP since September of 2024, working with individuals of all ages and a wide range of injuries. During my time at Queen’s, I was also the Treasurer for the Rehabilitation Therapy Society and was honored to receive the Rehabilitation Therapy Society Award for my contributions.
Originally from Prince Edward Island, I moved to Kingston for my graduate studies—and while I definitely miss my family, friends, and the beautiful beaches back home, I’m excited to start my career here! With Kingston’s waterfront and kind people, I feel a strong connection here that is reminiscent of PEI.
I have taken courses in Pelvic Floor Health and offer one-on-one External Pelvic Floor Care and group exercise classes. Learn more about our Postpartum Pelvic Floor Classes.
Beyond the clinic, I’ve been involved in the sports community as a trainer for football teams in the Thousand Islands Minor Football League and soccer teams in the Ontario Player Development League. Staying active is a big part of my life—I love lifting weights, being outdoors, and spending time with family and friends.
I’m registered as a Physiotherapy Resident with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario and look forward to helping you move with confidence!
Savannah Moore was our saviour! First, she explained everything to our daughter and helped make her feel at ease. Then she applied her skills and knowledge and solved our daughter’s problem.
