Physiotherapist-Led Postpartum Rehab Classes

Current Physiotherapy clients are invited to attend a six-week, Physiotherapist-Led Postpartum Rehab Class, hosted at Kingston Integrated Healthcare.

These classes will be every Monday for 6 weeks, starting on: Monday February 24th, 2025 at 6 pm   

Limited space available.

These small, in-person classes are designed and led by a pelvic floor physiotherapist or physiotherapy resident, to treat the specific needs of postpartum moms. The class will initially focus on learning ideal core activation, restrengthening the pelvic floor and core/glutes, with the goal of progressing to functional strengthening.

Cost: $40/class

Location: The classes are held upstairs of 541 Palace Road, Kingston, Ontario

• The class may be covered by private health insurance, if you are currently under the care of one of our physiotherapists. (Please check with your individual insurance company to determine your specific coverage.)
• If you are not currently an active client of Move Authentically Physiotherapy and would like to participate, a Physiotherapy Assessment is required prior to starting the class.
